Josie Gagliano


Josie Gagliano is a publicist, editor, journalist, blogger, and author of ‘The Australian Ageing Generation Handbook,’ published in 2014 (based on her experience as a carer, and with a foreword by Ita Buttrose).

Josie has held positions including: deputy editor, beauty editor, and advertising consultant at cutting edge pop culture publication Cream magazine. Also: associate editor at City Weekly, and editor at 9TO5 magazine North Shore edition.

Throughout her freelance life she has worked with some of Australia’s top PR agencies, as well as freelance PR roles for SBS and ABC TV shows, The Sebastian Foundation, and much more.

Josie has worked across major publications including writing cover stories for Jetstar magazine, home profile stories for Home Beautiful, Sunday Life magazine (before it morphed into ‘Stellar magazine’), marie claire Australia, Madison magazine, Practical Parenting, and Cosmopolitan magazines (across both Australian and international editions).

Josie founded her lifestyle blog ‘Josie’s Juice‘ in 2010, drawing from her love of all things pop culture, while working with many brands on curated content and posts, elevating her blog to one of the most read blog sites in Australia.

She has also written for Mamamia, The Punch, Segmento magazine, and many parenting titles and columns.

Most recently, Josie has written for a content agency for Destination NSW, and has spearheaded PR projects with several Sydney councils.

Since RoJo has extended to talent management, both Josie and Robert have worked with Australia’s leading ‘MasterChef Australia’ contestants, TV show ‘House Rules’ finalists, ‘Married At First Sight’ personalities, Italo-Australian record breaking comedy act Sooshi Mango, some of Australia’s most highly engaged influencers, and many more personalities.

Robert Dessanti


Robert Dessanti is the face of the cheeky consumer brand ‘The Wog with the Grog’, which is a parent company to the established wine and food importing business Euro Concepts Sydney.

Alongside his importing business, Robert is a brand ambassador for several brands (wine and lifestyle), and an experienced events manager, bringing decades of his experience in hospitality to the table, across his food and wine roles over the years.

Holding several food and beverage management roles in the hotel industry, and undertaking further management studies in Italy, as well as going from General Manager to co-owner of Sydney restaurants has kept Robert very busy, and at the forefront of actual changes in the industry, and that means that having his finger on the pulse see him completely in the thick of these sectors so therefore he’s an ally to clients, particularly for hospitality clients and drinks brands.

His brand management talent is evident through Euro Concepts, by making international drinks brands including the Nardini brand come to life in the competitive Australian market.

Co-founding RoJo Consulting, Robert brings with him over 20 years experience across the wine, food, hospitality, and events industries, also working across talent management and blogger collaborations.
